By accessing and using MertO AI ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

MertO AI is an AI-powered creative platform that provides users with artificial intelligence tools for content creation, image generation, and other creative applications. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Our service offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits:

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Generate content that violates intellectual property rights
• Create deepfakes or misleading content of real people without consent
• Generate content for spam, phishing, or other malicious purposes
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our AI models
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without proper licensing

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using our service. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content for service improvement and marketing purposes. Our AI models, software, and proprietary technology remain our intellectual property.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

MertO AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
